Akasam Rohit

Akasam Rohit is currently the VP – BPO, KPO and Cybersecurity Divisions at Phoenix Technologies. He has an enterprising career span of over decade in the BPO and KPO industries. His key skills include running large businesses with cross-cultural teams, across multiple verticals. Rohit played crucial role in scaling up a startup at 3 fold in revenues emerging into different verticals of BPO and BFSI sectors. He has brought in strong deployment practices and deep thought leadership in business development and planning, transformational practices, operational excellence, change and risk management, including governance and regulatory compliances. Before joining Phoenix, Rohit has worked with organizations like Wipro Ltd and Selectsys India Pvt. Ltd.

Chaitanya

Chaitanya joined Phoenix to help grow the business organically and through acquisitions. Chaitanya believes that the best leaders have a vision and lead from front, inspiring others to follow. This is what he tries to do every day as vice president of sales. With over 18 years of experience across various industries, Chaitanya develops and drives new sales strategies. Prior to joining our team, he worked in different verticals to provide information technology consulting, sales and management services to Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the U.S. and U.K.

S. Gopi Chand

S. Gopi Chand came into PTL for Strategy and Operations. He pursued his executive MBA from prestigious Indian School of Business and attended certificate courses in the world’s best business schools- Wharton, Kellogg’s and CEIBS. He has experience in managing 120 people and expert in core operations in IT and Manufacturing industries with Strategy, Structure and Process for driving operational efficiency and revenues.

His past experience is in Software Industry as Head – IT Operations, managing a captive IT enterprise in project management, staffing and recruiting. He is responsible in repositioning the company into cyber security domain and involved in new IOT, AI technologies in manufacturing industry.

He is a people’s person, visionary, progressive thinker and an empathetic leader. To serve India operations, he leveraged his vast IT experience in USA working with Healthcare, Service, Retail, Banking and Federal clients, providing Identity Management Solutions.
